With experience across a broad range of industries and a particular focus on construction, I’ve worked with individuals and teams at all levels to develop practical, workable solutions that enhance safety performance without unnecessary complication. My approach is straightforward and grounded in real-world application, helping people not only meet standards, but genuinely understand and value them.

I began my health and safety career as a consultant and trainer, and I continue to enjoy the training aspect of my work. Delivering NEBOSH and IOSH-accredited courses in addition to more industry-focused training allows me to share knowledge, build confidence, and support others in developing a stronger safety culture within their organisations.

Over the years, I’ve learned that the best outcomes come from honest conversations and a clear understanding of the realities on site. My focus is on helping people find sensible, sustainable ways to work safely; approaches that make sense to those doing the job, not just those writing the policy. I take pride in being approachable, consistent, and fair, and in helping teams build safety practices.
